An interim manager (interimschef) steps into a leadership role full- or part-time for a defined period — taking real operational responsibility, not just advising. At K7 Management that means leading sales, engineering or business development teams day to day.
How long is a typical interim assignment?
Most interimsuppdrag run between three and twelve months — long enough to stabilise the situation, deliver results and hand over cleanly to a permanent hire or an internal successor.
How quickly can an interim manager start?
Once the mandate and goals are agreed, an assignment can start within weeks. The start date is agreed together based on availability and the needs of the assignment.
What does it cost to hire an interim manager?
The hourly rate is SEK 1,699 excluding VAT. Monthly packages are priced case by case, and longer engagements are quoted based on scope and duration. You pay for the agreed time and support you need.
